Tri-State Drilling & Blasting works directly with contractors, brokers, and land owners to provide land development and site supervision (construction management) services for commercial and residential projects.

We can provide complete turnkey services—covering the spectrum of land development from outset to occupancy—or oversee select aspects of work to be done by working on your behalf with third parties. With strong community relationships throughout North Carolina, we have a deep knowledge of the region, its challenges, opportunities, and constraints. Our understanding of the area enables us to develop creative approaches that are appropriate for (and specific to) your project, and to configure the right team to deliver your project to completion.

Land Acquisition

In addition to providing comprehensive land development services, Tri-State also buys and develops land and sells lots. We are always interested in land development opportunities within North Carolina and welcome conversations with land owners to discuss options.
